RSVP for the Richland Meet is now closed. Only swimmers who RSVP “attending”will be seeded in relays. If your swimmer is attending and you did not RSVP, please reply to this email with the swimmer’s name by 9:00 am Sunday.

Mock Meet – Mock Meet results are available here and can be found on www.riveshyresharks.com in the Swim Meets section - see the link under Mock Meet.

Mock Meet ribbons will be available for pick-up on from Monday evening’s practice on. Ribbons are in the ribbon box in a folder, folders are organized by swimmer last name.

Richland Meet – Thursday, May 30^th at Richland

• Pool address: 2074 Quinton Place, Suwanee, GA 30024
• Arrival time – 5:00 pm, warm-ups begin at 5:30
• Check-in: Swimmers and volunteers check-in at the bullpen
• Meet theme is Neon
• Meet begins at 6:00 pm, expected to last until 10:00 pm

First year team participants – if this is you / your swimmer's first season on swim team, I encourage you to the read the 2019 Parent Guide and How to Survive a Swim Meet. A key item – swimmers need to bring their own folding chair to sit in during the Meets, both for Home and Away.

Monday, May 26th (Memorial Day) - EVENING PRACTICE ONLY

• 6:30 - 7:00 pm - 6 & under, other beginning swimmers
• 7:00 - 8:00 pm - 7 - 10 years old practice
• 8:00 - 9:00 pm - 11 year and older

Tuesday, May 27th - morning and evening practice

Morning

• 8:30 - 9:30 am - 11+ years
• 9:30 - 10:30 am - 7 - 10 years old practice
• 10:30 - 11:00 am - 6 & under, other beginning swimmers

Wednesday, May 28th - morning and evening practice

Thursday, May 29th - Morning practice and AWAY Meet @ Richland

• Morning practice - normal times, potluck breakfast
• AWAY MEET - Rivershyre vs Richland - swimmers check-in by 5:00 pm

Team and Individual pictures – The team picture will be Thursday, June 6th (before our first Home Meet) at 4:30 pm. We’ll start lining the swimmers up at 4:15 pm. Individual pictures will be available from 3;15 – 4:15 pm. Order forms are available in the front of the ribbon box and on Picture Day from the photographer.
