Our season is heading into the home stretch. Two final dual Meets – we are AWAY this Thursday @ Hidden Falls and then HOME on Monday, July 1^st against Apalachee. Please note the RSVP deadlines: Sunday (tomorrow) by 11:00 pm for the Thursday Meet and Thursday night by 11:00 pm for the Monday Meet. See the notes below for other updates and important information about this year’s County Championship Meet.

Team pictures – Pictures are in and have been placed in the swimmer ribbon folders. If you’d like to order additional sheets or a copy of the team picture, you can order online at www.photoventuresince.com.

Berkshire Meet Results – Another great Meet by our swimmers – we had 90 personal best swims! The final score was Rivershyre 395, Berkshire 302. As always, a big thank you to all the volunteers who step up each week and make it possible to run the Meets.

• Ribbons – Ribbons are available for pick up Sunday night after a short meeting for swimmers in the second two practices at 7:50 on the clubhouse deck steps.  They're also available for pick-up throughout the week at the other practices.

Rivershyre vs Hidden Falls Meet – We are AWAY this coming Thursday against Hidden Falls (5344 Brendlynn Drive, Suwanee, GA 30024). Meet theme is Pink Out.

• RSVP – must RSVP by Sunday night at 11:00 pm. Only "Yes" RSVPs will be seeded in relays and individual events other than backstroke and freestyle.
• Meet day schedule
• 5:15 pm – Swimmers to the bullpen (remember to bring folding chairs for you and your swimmer to sit in)
• 5:30 pm - Warm-up
• ??? pm - Bubble swim (awaiting time from the Home team)
• 6:00 pm - Meet start

Rivershyre vs Apalachee Meet – We are HOME on Monday, July 1^st against Apalachee, Meet theme is Patriotic / red, white & blue – this is our last dual Meet of the season.

• RSVP – must RSVP by Thursday night at 11:00 pm. Only "Yes" RSVPs will be seeded in relays and individual events other than backstroke and freestyle.
• Meet day schedule
• 4:45 pm – Swimmers to the bullpen (remember to bring folding chairs for you and your swimmer to sit in, we're not allowed to use the Rivershyre pool chairs or tables)
• 5:00 pm - Warm-up
• 5:45 pm - Bubble swim (awaiting time from the Home team)
• 6:00 pm - Meet start

County Championship Meet Information – The final competition of the season is the GCSL Championship Meet at Georgia Tech on July 13^th and July 14^th. Our County team consists of swimmers who make the top 50 in individual events and swimmers who are in our A relays. These swimmers practice for an additional two weeks.

• County team practice - starts Tuesday, July 2^nd, times and additional dates to be announced.
• Current RS Top 100 - This list has the Top 100 members for individual events from Rivershyre as of Week 4. This list will be updated after each of the next two Meets. Coaches will begin gathering RSVPs from both individuals and possible relay team members this week. The final group will be determined after the July 1^st Meet results are in.
• Fines if RSVP yes and don’t show - If you RSVP yes for County and we seed you for an individual event, it is very important that you participate in the Meet. The team can be fined $100 for each individual “no show”.
