Calling all Sharks who haven’t yet registered, registration is open on www.rivershyresharks.com. Planning is moving forward full speed ahead for summer league. Please register soon to reserve your swimmer’s spot in their age group. Rivershyre residents – the $25 Early Registration credits ends April 20^th.

Please note that registration is open for neighborhood residents and returning non-resident swimmers plus new non-resident swimmers in the 15-18 age group only. Potential new non-resident families have the option to email me and be put on a wait list. We’ll speak with the HOA in late April about the possibility of opening up to additional non-resident families.

Introducing Coach Daab

I’m happy to announce Charles Daab will be the 2021 head coach. Coach Daab has been the Collins Hill (and three other area high schools’) dive coach for the last 3 years. He's a summer swim league veteran and is excited to be leading Rivershyre this season along with rest of our great coaching team!

2021 Season Information

By necessity, this season will have differences from season’s past. What hasn’t changed is the commitment of the coaches and team leadership to help our team members get consistent, high quality exercise, improve their swimming skills, enjoy challenging competition and HAVE FUN doing it.

Visit the team site for detailed information on the GCSL Return to Swim Guidelines to be followed to ensure a safe and complete season. Key dates for 2021:

• Resident Early Registration Credit ends – April 20^th
• 1st day of practice - May 10th
• Morning practice option begins - Tuesday, June 1st
• Mock Meet (tentative) - Thursday, May 27th
• 1st Virtual Dual Meet - Thursday, June 3rd
• 2nd Virtual Dual Meet - Thursday, June 10th
• 3rd Virtual Dual Meet - Thursday, June 17th
• 4th Virtual Dual Meet - Thursday, June 24th
• Rain-out/make-up date or possible 5th Meet - Monday, June 28th
• County Championship Meet - July 10th - 11th (Georgia Tech Aquatic Center - tentative)
