    • For volunteers is in the deck next to the Aquatic Center (the W10 lot).
    • Parking for those not volunteering is W02 Student Center Lot at 355 Ferst Dr. Cost for this lot is $2/hour.
    • On the map the GCSL distributed, there does seem to be a swimmer drop area to the right of the Aquatic Center. However, our strong recommendation for those not volunteering is to park in the Ferst Dr. lot and walk your swimmer to meet the team.
    • Meeting time for each session is listed below.  The team will gather on the grass outside the Aquatic Center and enter and check-in together. We can’t enter until all swimmers are present. Please arrive on time!

    Swimmers Attire

    Swimmer Pick-up

    • Relay only swimmers - coaches will walk out those swimming relays only after the Relay session ends. They’ll communicate by text to those parents not volunteering or not already in contact with their swimmer. Parents walk swimmers back to the parking lot.
    • Individual event swimmers - when swimmers have completed their events, they can be escorted by a bullpen worker to meet their parent outside the Aquatic Center.

    Volunteering

    • All staging volunteers will be registered with the GCSL and must check in when they arrive.
    • Bullpen volunteers will get their badge from the coaches when the team meets up prior to entering the Aquatic Center.  We use the same 4 badges for all sessions. It's very important all badges are returned to the coaches when your session ends so they can be used by the next session volunteers.
    • All adults within who enter the venue must have a badge and a signed a Safe Sport Waiver.  To sign the waiver, use this link - https://forms.gle/qDFztCvP3eevU5wUA or print the attached and bring with you.
