Baby Pool Closed Once Guards Off Duty

Please note – once the guards are off duty, the baby pool is closed. This week, it is closed at 7:00 pm. Once school is out, the guards will remain on duty until 8:00 pm, so the baby pool will be open during the 7-8 pm practice. 

Drink Donations – Drop off tonight through Thursday, May 26th

To help fund coaches’ salaries and swimmer treats like Heat Winners, Swimmer of the Week awards and the End of Season party awards, and with full concessions returning, we're again requesting concession beverages donations - 1 case of beverages per swimmer (maximum of 3 per family) or a $5 per swimmer donation in place of the beverages. 

Any beverages not sold at Meets will be given out at the end of season party. The requested items by age group are:

• 10 and under swimmers – 1 case of soda – Coke, Diet Coke, Coke Zero or Sprite
• 11 and up swimmers – 1 case of Gatorade, any color 

Please drop off your donations any time from tonight through the the 1st Meet at the Coaches table (in front of the shed) on the pool deck.  Thank you! 

Gently Used Suit Exchange Returning

We’ve had several requests to restart the gently used suit exchange. Here’s how it works: 

• Parents who wish to sell suits your swimmer has outgrown, put the suit in clear plastic bag, add a note (or write on the bag) the suit style (girls or boys, jammer or brief), size, how much you’re selling it for and your name and drop it in the box.
• Parents looking to purchase suits, if you find a suit that’s a match, you put your cash or check payment in the bag when you take out the suit. If you’d like to pay electronically (e.g., Venmo, Zelle), contact the seller to see if this is an option. 

Swimmer RSVP Open for Meets, Volunteer Templates to Open Next Week 

The swimmer RSVP is open on the team site in the Schedule section for the 1st 5 Meets. RSVP is requested each week by the Sunday before the Meet @ 11:00 pm. To RSVP, click on the Meet Entry Open button, click on Edit and then indicate if you're swimmer is participating and their stroke preferences.

The Volunteer templates for the Meets are in progress and will be uploaded and open next week. A SwimTopia alert will be sent out when the volunteer sign-up opens.

• 5:15 pm - swimmers report to the bullpen

• 5:55 pm – Coach-assisted Bubble swim 
• 6:00 pm – Meet begins
