We have a lot of information to share today, so please read through the full email.

Practice Info

- We DO have practice this Thursday evening, 5/11, and next Thursday evening, 5/18. After that, the swim meets will take place of Thursday evening practices.

- There is NO practice this Sunday, 5/14. I hope everyone enjoys their Mother's Day weekend!

Parent Meetings

We will hold Parent Meetings next Tuesday, 5/16, and Thursday, 5/18, at 7PM and 8PM at the pavilion outside of the pool. If you are a new parent, or need a refresher, we highly encourage you to attend. We'll talk about volunteer requirements, explain each volunteer job and how the meets are run, and answer any questions. You can contact me with any questions if you cannot attend any meetings.

Once we have the parent meetings next week, job sign-ups for volunteer duties will be open for all meets. We will send out an email to remind you to sign up.

Meet Entry

Meet Entry is now open for all meets. If you aren't sure what stroke to sign your swimmer up for, please ask the coaches. The deadline to RSVP for meets will be the Sunday before each meet (an email reminder will be sent out each week).

Drink Donations – Drop off tonight through Tuesday, May 23^rd

To help fund coaches’ salaries and swimmer treats like Heat Winners, Swimmer of the Week awards, and the End of Season party awards. With full concessions returning, we again request concession beverages donations - 1 case of beverages per swimmer (maximum of 3 per family) or a $10 per swimmer donation in place of the drinks (max $30 per family).

Any beverages not sold at Meets will be given out at the end-of-season party. The requested items by age group are:

10 and under swimmers – 1 case of soda – Coke, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, or Sprite

11 and up swimmers – 1 case of Gatorade, any color

Please drop off your donations from tonight through Tuesday, May 23^rd, at the Coach's table (in front of the shed) on the pool deck. Thank you!
