Practice Schedule for Upcoming Week:

• Sunday (5/21) - Normal evening practice. MEET RSVP FOR THIS THURSDAY, DUE 5/21 BY MIDNIGHT.
• Monday (5/22) - Mini Mock Meet in place of practice. All swimmers and families arrive by 6PM.

• Tuesday (5/23) - Normal evening practice
• Wednesday (5/24) - NO SWIM PRACTICE
• Thursday (5/25) - First Swim Meet against Berkshire Barracudas (2608 Beddington Way Suwanee, GA 30024)! ARRIVE BY 5:15, WARM UP AT 5:30. See attached How To Survive A Swim Meet for tips & tricks.

More certified Stroke & Turn volunteers needed – Live zoom session tomorrow morning, 5/20, at 8AM.

Meets cannot run without volunteers and we need more Stroke & Turn volunteers! There are two ways to become certified:

1)On-Demand Training – 3 videos to watch which take about 1 hour and 45 minutes with a test at the end. See attachment for instructions.

2)Live Zoom Session on Saturday, 5/20, from 8AM-10AM.

Drink Donations – Drop off at any practice Tuesday, May 23rd

To help fund coaches’ salaries and swimmer treats like Heat Winners, Swimmer of the Week awards, and the End of Season party awards. With full concessions returning, we again request concession beverages donations - 1 case of beverages per swimmer (maximum of 3 per family) or a $10 per swimmer donation in place of the drinks (max $30 per family).

Any beverages not sold at Meets will be given out at the end-of-season party. The requested items by age group are:

10 and under swimmers – 1 case of soda – Coke, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, or Sprite

11 and up swimmers – 1 case of Gatorade, any color

Please drop off your donations from tonight through Tuesday, May 23rd, at the Coach's table (in front of the shed) on the pool deck. Thank you!
