Good Evening Shark Families,

I'm so excited for our first swim meet tomorrow! Please see below for reminders. 

Attached is the heat sheet. There will be no heat sheets available to purchase at the meet, so please print one out or use the SwimTopia app to see what heats your kids are swimming in.

We will also be raffling off an upfront parking spot at the meet. For those who have been involved in swim team before, you know how much this is worth! Please send your bid to me by tomorrow at 12PM and I will let you know who has won by 2PM. The spot will go to the highest bidder. 

Berkshire Meet – Thursday, May 25th at Berkshire

• Pool address: 2608 Beddington Way, Suwanee 30024 - Street parking is available on one side of the street. Signs will be posted on the side NOT available for parking.
• Swimmer Arrival Time – 5:00PM, warm-ups begin at 5:25PM (Bubbles WILL NOT be swimming at this meet)
• First Half Volunteer Arrival Time - 5:20PM
• Check-in: Swimmers and volunteers check-in at the bullpen -

  Our team bullpen is the area on the right side of the pool as you enter the gate just past the concessions area near the kiddie pool. We will have two tents set up to provide some shade for the swimmers.

• Meet theme is Tie Dye - wear your favorite tie dye shirts!
• Meet begins at 6:00 pm, expected to last until 10:00 pm
• Swimmers must check in and OUT at bullpen, please do not leave the Meet until your swimmer has checked out.
• Swimmer Heat Info will be available on SwimTopia and a PDF Heat Sheet will be emailed out by Wednesday evening. Heat sheets will not be available to purchase at the meet.

Berkshire Concession Info:

• Pre-order concessions. This allows us to get a more accurate count of our entree items. We also offer discounts on pre-ordered whole pizzas. This must be filled out by Tuesday night so we can place the order with our vendors.
• We will also be offering pulled pork sandwiches, hot dogs, nachos and chicken strips and pizza.

First year team participants – if this is you / your swimmer's first season on swim team, I encourage you to the read the 2023 Parent Guide and How to Survive a Swim Meet. A key item – swimmers need to bring their own folding chair to sit in during the Meets, both for Home and Away.
