Parking: Please observe our parking guidelines.

Cars cannot park in the tennis parking lot, on the grass, or on the side of the street with No Parking signs. When parking on the street, please allow enough space for residents to be able to turn into and out of their driveways. Swimmers can be dropped off at the pool and enter through the gates and proceed to the visitor’s bullpen area which will be outside the pool gate near the playground behind the restrooms and clubhouse.

Arrival: Please arrive by 5PM and check in with Amanda and Rachel in the bullpen area for swimmers and volunteers. Our warm-up time is from 5:25 to 5:50.

There will be a bubbles heat to start the meet. If you would like your bubble to participate, please arrive by 5:30.

Bullpen: Our bullpen will be outside the gate near the playground. Please remember to bring chairs for you and your swimmer to sit in during the meet.

Officials and Timing:

The timing and officials meeting will be held at 5:40 near our starter's table. Our Head Official is Mancy Tutt. We will announce the meeting, please be sure that timers and judges for both shifts attend the meeting.

Restrooms: There are two restrooms on the pool deck that can be used as Unisex restrooms even though they are labeled as men and women. There are additional restrooms located around the backside of the large clubhouse that can be accessed outside the pool gate near the playground.

Heat sheets will be provided digitally, we will have a limited amount of paper copies that will be sold at concessions (smaller clubhouse on the left when you enter the pool). Cost is $2.00. Please bring smaller bills.

Visitor seating for spectators will be to the right, near the restrooms, as you enter the pool. Please make sure to leave clear paths to the clubhouse for scoring access and to the restrooms.

Concessions: We offer Ponko Chicken, Grandma’s pizza, hamburgers, hot dogs, pulled pork sandwiches, snacks, drinks, and shaved ice. We accept Cash, credit card, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Cash App for purchases.

Inclement weather: In the event the meet is delayed for weather, please let your parents know to head to their cars and await further instruction. Please tell them not to leave.
