Please see below for important information about tomorrow's meet vs Dacula Dolphins.

There will NOT be a bubbles heat at this event.

Although their pool is inside, parents are not permitted to sit on the pool deck at any time during the meet. Our bullpen and parent sitting area will be outside, and you will walk inside to watch your swimmers event, and then need to come back outside until your swimmers next event.

Arrival:

Please arrive by 5PM for swimmer and volunteer check-in

Parking:

All parking is in the Bogan Park Aquatic Center Parking Lot. Follow the signs to the direct entrance to the pool deck through the double doors to the LEFT of the Main Bogan Pool Entrance. 

Swimmers and Parent Volunteers:

Check-in table will be set up off the parking lot in the front of the pool entrance. Check-in volunteers should direct parents & swimmers to walk across the pool deck to the right hand side of the patio area out back, which is for your Team’s bullpen and seating areas This is the only way to access this area, which is enclosed by a tall fence.

Timer Meeting:

A Timer Meeting for all Timers will be held before the start of the Meet

Warms-ups:

Our team warm-up starts at 5:30pm

Concessions:

There will be a Food Truck, “Uncle Mell’s Ribs'' serving a selection of Hot Meals; Hot Dogs, Hamburgers & Smoked Sausage. The “King of Pops” will also be on hand selling frozen treats from their pushcart.

Heat Sheets:

Heat Sheets will NOT be sold. Please have your parents print them at home or find them on the Swimtopia App.

Bullpen:

Both Team's Swimmer Bullpens & Parent Seating is on our outdoor patio in the back of the pool. This area has grass, so please have Parents & Swimmers bring chairs or towels/blankets to sit on. Bug spray is recommended and canopies are suggested, as the area is not well shaded.

Staging:

Each team will have a set of bleachers on the pool deck that will be used to stage swimmers. We appreciate your assistance with ensuring that parents do not sit on bleachers marked “Swimmers Only.” Thank you.

Spectator Viewing:

Spectator seating is not allowed on the Pool Deck. Spectators should enter the Pool Deck from the outdoor seating area through the doorway marked "Spectator Entrance" up to two events prior to their swimmer's event. No chairs are allowed on deck. Once the event they came to see is over, we ask that all Spectators leave the pool deck and return to the outdoor seating area. This will ensure that all parents get the opportunity to see their swimmers race.

Bathrooms:

There are large locker-room facilities accessible from the pool deck. Your parents and swimmers are welcome to use all the amenities inside, including the showers.

Restricted Areas:

Please note that our pool has an indoor play pool separated from the competition pool by unlocked glass doors. We will be keeping the doors closed but it would be helpful if you would let your swimmers and parents know in advance that no-one is allowed access to this area.

Weather Delays:

As our indoor pool is grounded, we typically do not need to delay due to rain, thunder or lightning - but if we need to reschedule, our make-up date will be: Monday, June 24, 2024 @ 6:00pm.
