• If you would like to participate in the adult/alumni races taking place at halftime, please let me know

Swimmer & Volunteer Check-In

• Swimmers & volunteers, please check in by 5:15 at our bullpen.

6:00 - Meet Starts Promptly

⏱ Timer & Volunteer Meetings

A meeting will be held at 5:40pm for ALL Timers, Judges and Leads (both shifts). Please meet us at the Starter Table!

📄 Heat Sheets

• Heat sheets will NOT be sold at the meet. Please ask your families to print them at home or access them via the SwimTopia app.

🧍♂️ Bullpen & Seating

• Please bring chairs, blankets/towels, sunscreen, and bug spray.
• Canopies are also allowed, as long as they are not blocking the coaches, judges, or timers' line of sight.
• We're planning to have both home & away bullpens next to each other on the side of the pool furthest from the clubhouse. (We'll send a reference map prior to Thursday!)

🪑 Visitor Seating

• Visitor spectators will sit on the side of the pool closest to the clubhouse.

🚫 Restricted Area Reminder

• Our pool deck has recently been expanded, and there are still signs of construction.
• In order to ensure the safety of all participants, we ask that everyone stays on sidewalks and decking (aka. no walking in the grass or dirt!)
• Also, please avoid sitting, standing, or walking between the main pool and baby pool. (Instead, please walk around the roped off area.)

🚻 Restrooms & Computers

• Restrooms can be found on the lower level – underneath our clubhouse patio on the left.
• Please let our team council know if restrooms are understocked or need attention.
• Our Computer room can also be found on the lower level of the clubhouse (inside the gym).
• Please note – wet swimmers are not allowed inside the gym!

🍕 Concessions

• We are happy to announce that concessions will be sold on the upstairs patio of our clubhouse.
• Including:
• Pizza
• Subway
• Hot Dogs
• Romanian Sausages
• Sweets/Desserts

⛈ Weather Plan

• In case of bad weather, we ask that your swimmers, families, volunteers, and spectators go to their cars to wait for further instruction.
• Edinburgh’s make-up day is Friday.
