For Parents & Spectators:

• Cash Only Sales: Heat Sheets and Lucky Ducks are CASH ONLY. There is no ATM in the building, so please come prepared.

• Deck Access: No parents or spectators are allowed on the pool deck.

• Facility Entry: Swimmers and parents may enter the building no earlier than 1 hour before warm-ups begin.
  • Friday Entry: Doors open at 3:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: Doors are expected to open approximately 1 hour before warm-ups, but this is controlled by GA Tech so we can not guarantee this time.
• Seating: All seating is first-come, first-served.

• Coolers: Only small coolers that fit under seats are permitted. Please note: No alcohol and no glass containers are allowed in the facility.

• Merchandise: Embroidery Express will be selling meet-logo merchandise. Availability is limited, and earlier sessions will have the best selection.

• Parking: If the CRC lot is full or unavailable, direct families to the Student Center lot, where they can pay upon arrival. The event parking link on the Gwinnett Swim League website is accurate and will update once Georgia Tech loads our event into their system.

• Volunteer Check-In: Volunteers should report at their designated time and check in at the table in the lobby.
