Please see below for the information for the AWAY meet this Thursday at Berkshire.

There will NOT be a bubbles heat for this meet.

Volunteers and swimmers should arrive by 5PM to check-in at our bullpen area near the kiddie pool. There are still open volunteer assignments that need to be filled. If your swimmer is participating in the meet, please sign up for an open volunteer session.

As always, please make sure your kids are staying in the bullpen area during the meet so they don't miss any of their events. Please do not leave the Meet until your swimmer has checked out with the coaches

Please remember to bring chairs for you and your swimmers.

Heat Sheets:

• Heat sheets will not be sold, but can be found on the SwimTopia app, or can be printed once they are emailed out.

Nut Allergy - The Barracudas have a severe nut allergy on the team this year. To help keep all athletes safe, we kindly ask that you please avoid packing snacks or foods containing nuts for this swim meet.

Parking:

• We do allow for street parking, all we ask is common sense be used and only park on one side of the street. Signs will be posted on the side that does not allow for parking. Please do not park on the corners of the streets. If families park on both sides, emergency vehicles can not get through.

Warm-Up:

• Visiting team warm-up from 5:25 - 5:45 pm.
• Timer & Judge meetings will be by the clubhouse at 5:40 pm.

Concessions:

• Pre-Order is offered for concessions. This allows us to get a more accurate count of our entree items.
• We offer discounts on pre-ordered whole pizzas from Dominos.
• This must be filled out by Tuesday night so we can place the order with our vendors.
• We will also be offering pulled pork sandwiches, chicken strips and nachos.

Seating/Bullpen: The home team generally sits on the far side of the pool facing the clubhouse, but feel free to sit anywhere as we are all really "neighbors".

• Sharks' bullpen area is the area on the right side of the pool as you enter the gate just past the concessions near the kiddie pool.
• Kiddie Pool and playground are off limits during meet
