7/6-7/8 - Mon-Wed – normal practice

7/9 – Thursday – Shaving Cream Fight

• We will have our annual shaving cream fight for the county swimmers during practice on Thursday, 7/9. Please bring 1-2 cans of foam shaving cream (NO MENTHOL) for your swimmer to use. This will take place in the parking lot between practices. Please have 11+ swimmers arrive by 7:45 to participate.

Heat Sheet Pre-order

Heat sheets are a commemorative meet program which includes team ads and Senior Recognition. Only a limited number will be available for sale on site, preorder is recommended. Preorder sales will be picked up at designated table during the meet.

ONSITE cost will be $15 CASH ONLY

The booklet contains ALL sessions.

Please note: Swimmers are not required to purchase, coaches will have heat sheets to help direct swimmers to their events. Names and events will be posted on the scoreboard for spectators to view.

Good Luck Ducks

Want to send your county swimmer a good luck duck at the county meet?
Visit https://www.swimacrossamerica.org/GCSL and click Donate! Each duck is a minimum $5 donation! Only 1 duck per donation transaction. Make multiple transactions form ducks for multiple swimmers. All proceeds benefit SAA Atlanta funding pediatric cancer research conducted at the Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
